IM Properties lets 600,000 sq ft Mercia Park unit to DSV

IM Properties has let a circa 600,000 sq ft unit at Mercia Park on the Leicestershire-Derbyshire border to global transport and logistics company DSV.

DSV will be the first occupier at the £150m Mercia Park expansion, which is capable of accommodating a further plot of up to 450,000 sq ft.

The site, which is located at Junction 11 of the M42, has been identified as a potential location for future development in North West Leicestershire District Council’s emerging plan, with a planning application due be presented to the planning committee shortly.
