Indurent has commenced the speculative development of the final 43,000 sq ft unit at Indurent Park Derby.
The company is targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating for the unit, which is being built on the 50-acre site located adjacent to the A52.
Winvic Construction has been appointed as the principal contractor for the final phase of development, having successfully delivered the previous three phases at the park.

We anticipate strong interest in the final unit as demand for modern, high-spec space in the region continues to outweigh supply.”
