Indurent has let 15,754 sq ft of industrial space to JW Creative Carpentry at Vantage 41 in Aston Clinton.
The company, which specialises in building sets for the film and television industry, has taken three newly developed units on Timber Yard Close and is relocating from its existing premises in Watford.
The units, which have received EPC A and BREEAM Very Good ratings, are located on the A41, providing quick access to the M40, M25 and M1 motorway networks.
Kate Selby, director of JW Creative, said: “Having outgrown our existing premises in Watford, we were looking for a new space to better serve our clients across the UK, with a focus on easy access to studios in and around London. Sustainability was an important part of the decision process, and we worked closely with SHW to identify the right space and location for our team and business.”
