Indurent has secured planning consent for a new 432,000 sq ft industrial and logistics development in Lichfield.
Indurent Park Lichfield will comprise eight mid-box units ranging from 36,000 sq ft to 83,000 sq ft. The units will be fitted with solar PV panels and Indurent is targeting an EPC A rating and BREEAM Excellent as a minimum.
Construction of the speculatively developed facility is expected to commence in 2025, with the first phase due to complete in 2026.
