Glen Dimplex Home Appliances has signed for 6,806 sq ft at Bridge Properties’ Element office scheme in Birchwood.
The company has taken part of the first floor of the 39,707 sq ft building on a five-year lease. The property benefits from a new entrance on the ground floor, a luxury business lounge and licensed cafe with outdoor terrace as well as an on-site gym.
Following the letting to Glen Dimplex Home Appliances there is currently 22,956 sq ft of space available to let at Element at a starting quoting rent of £21/sq ft.
Daniel Barnes, director of office agency at Savills, which acted for Bridge Properties on the letting, said: “Element has been completely remodelled, raising the bar for office accommodation not only in Birchwood, but the whole of the out of town office market.
