Indurent has let a circa 184,000 sq ft Grade A unit in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, to global engineering firm CTDI on a 10-year lease, taking Indurent Park Wellingborough to full occupancy.
The unit has achieved BREEAM Excellent accreditation and is EPC A+ rated. Its rooftop PV panels have the capacity to deliver energy cost savings estimated by Indurent to be up to £163,000 per year.
Indurent Park Wellingborough is located just two miles from Wellingborough town centre and provides more than 320,000 sq ft of modern warehouse space.
