Indurent has acquired a portfolio of UK industrial and logistics development sites from Cilldara Group and Graftongate for an undisclosed price.
The forward-funded 471,000 sq ft portfolio will be developed and delivered by Graftongate in phases between October 2026 and May 2027.
The portfolio comprises: a 90,000 sq ft single unit in Walsall, West Midlands; a 199,000 sq ft single unit in Knowsley, Merseyside; and 182,000 sq ft of space across 12 units in Byfleet.
