Industrials REIT has leased a 6,800 sq ft unit to Howdens at Caldene Business Centre in West Yorkshire.
The UK fitted kitchens business has signed a 15-year lease on the unit at the 81,000 sq ft modern industrial estate in Calder Valley as part of its ongoing national expansion plans.
