Later living developer-operator Untold Living has appointed Ed Aldridge as land and planning director.
Aldridge, who spent nearly a decade at Castleoak Care Development, will be responsible for accelerating the growth and delivery of Untold Living’s development pipeline.
Aldridge said: “Untold Living is flying the flag for Britain’s later living sector and I am absolutely thrilled to be joining at such a pivotal time of expansion. Britain’s population of older people is projected to grow rapidly, so it is critical that we deliver the required volume of purpose-built retirement homes today to meet the demand of tomorrow. I am really looking forward to helping Untold Living grow its pipeline of both sites for development and existing assets for refurbishment and enhancement.”
