Island Poké has signed for a 984 sq ft unit on West Street, Brighton. The chain, which specialises in fresh, healthy poké bowls, opened its first outlet in Kingly Street, Soho, in 2016 and has since spread across London.

The entrance to Island Poké’s new West Street unit is positioned on Cranbourne Street, which is the main link connecting Churchill Square and Brighton Lanes.

Richard Pyne, partner at SHW, which represented the private landlord on the letting, said: “Following their impressive growth, Brighton is the perfect place for their next expansion phase and we are delighted to secure this letting to such a popular food concept.”
