Ivanhoé Cambridge has secured planing consent for the redevelopment of 21 Lombard Street in the City of London.
Designed by Woods Bagot, the scheme will offer 135,000 sq ft of office space over 11 floors. An extension to the building will provide several roof terraces with extensive planting and views of the City.
The project will retain more than 70% of the existing structure, while at the same time upgrading the building through a low-embodied carbon refurbishment. The MEP equipment will also be completely replaced with an all-electric system.
Ivanhoé Cambridge is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, net zero operational carbon, a WELL Gold building certification and a 5* Nabers rating.

The redevelopment is expected to complete in 2028.
