JLL has appointed Cynthia Kantor as chief executive officer of project and development services (PDS) to oversee a new leadership team unified under a global structure.

In this newly created role, Kantor will lead the full spectrum of PDS services globally, including managing the construction, development, design and branding of commercial real estate projects.

The new PDS leadership team includes Nick Winter (pictured), who has been appointed as PDS lead in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Kantor said: “There are many enduring trends shaping the evolution of the built environment, and the needs of our diverse clients are changing with them. Unifying the PDS business globally allows us to adapt to the dynamic needs of the market and seamlessly deliver superior value and holistic support to our clients, while also enabling us to increase efficiency, foster talent development and unlock new opportunities for growth. We have assembled an exceptional leadership team to execute this vision and lead PDS into the future.”

Neil Murray, CEO of Work Dynamics at JLL, added: “The growth we have seen in the PDS business is a testament to the talent and dedication of the entire team. Formally uniting the existing project management and design businesses into one unified and globally connected organisation is a natural evolution to provide JLL expertise and capabilities to clients across industries. We now have all the pieces in place to take PDS to the next level and provide our clients with unmatched services and connectivity to meet all their needs in a rapidly changing world.”
