JLL has bolstered its UK industrial capital markets team with four appointments.
Sophie Kettlewell (pictured), who has been with the firm for eight years, has moved across from JLL’s industrial leasing team, Robbie Lord and Emily Mason have joined the team as senior surveyors – Lord has returned to JLL from Arrow Capital Partners, and Mason has moved from JLL’s EMEA hotels and hospitality division – and George Wilford has joined the team as a newly qualified surveyor.
Joel Duncan, industrial capital markets director at JLL, said: “These appointments reflect both the sector’s momentum and our clients’ growing investment appetite. Following a strong year of investment activity in 2025 we are anticipating this to carry forward into 2026 across all areas of industrial and logistics in the UK.”
