CBRE has promoted Daniel White to the role of regional head of flex advisory.
White, who previously led CBRE’s flex advisory activity in the Midlands and South West, will now also cover the North of England and Scotland.
In his new role, he will drive the growth and integration of these services across regional markets, while maintaining a “dotted-line” connection into CBRE’s UK flex leadership team in London, which oversees the national platform.
White said: “This is an exciting time for the flex sector as demand continues to grow across the UK. I look forward to supporting our regional teams and clients with a joined‑up flex advisory offer that reflects the needs of occupiers, operators and landlords.”
John Ogden, head of UK regional markets at CBRE, added: “Dan has played a pivotal role in strengthening our flex advisory presence. His promotion reflects his leadership and the increasing strategic importance of flex across UK cities.”
