Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management have appointed SHW, JLL and Bonsors as joint letting agents at the Metroplex Park urban logistics scheme in Tolworth, South West London.
The park comprises nine modern industrial and warehouse units, ranging from 6,707 sq ft to 18,117 sq ft. Each unit offers fully fitted offices, shower facilities and EV charging points, with the ability to combine space depending on requirements.
