Housing association Riverside and developer Mount Anvil have secured planning consent for the delivery of 400 homes at the Tiller Road Estate in the Isle of Dogs.
The estate transformation scheme, which was designed by PRP Architects, will provide 137 affordable homes and includes new high quality homes to replace those in the three existing buildings on the estate, the residents of which will be the first to move into the new development.
The development will also feature a new north–south pedestrian green link, two community spaces, a landscaped courtyard with a play area and a community garden.
