Clearbell UK Strategic Trust, advised by Clearbell Capital, has completed the letting of 55 Maid Marian Way in Nottingham, after sealing a deal with Affinity Workspace Solutions for 2,881 sq ft of office space.
The education recruitment agency has signed a five-year lease at the 14,600 sq ft+ property, which was recently comprehensively refurbished.
Works included the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting throughout, new carpets, the addition of a fully equipped kitchenette and a roof terrace.
