Packaged Living and joint venture partner Buccleuch Property have secured planning consent for a new co‑living development in Woolwich.
The approved scheme will provide 156 co‑living homes on a brownfield site overlooking Beresford Square, which is currently occupied by an obsolete commercial building.
The on-site amenity provision will include co-working, wellbeing and socialising spaces, alongside private dining areas, a master chef kitchen, a landscaped roof terrace and a publicly accessible restaurant on the ground floor.
