Keepmoat has appointed Nigel Robson as land and partnerships director to head up the land team in the Yorkshire West region.

Robson, who has more than 30 years of industry experience, joins the team from MCI Developments, a subsidiary of Keepmoat.

In his new role, he will set the strategy for land acquisition, leading the delivery of the regeneration of towns across West Yorkshire and he will manage delivery targets in partnership with local authorities and housing associations.

I am excited to join the team to secure and deliver partnership-led opportunities to fulfil the master land pipeline and strategic plan. I value Keepmoat’s people-based culture and strong track record for partnering with local authorities and housing associations on its developments. I am eager to continue contributing to its vision of building communities and transforming lives.’’

Chris Clingo, regional managing director at Keepmoat Yorkshire West, added: “I’m delighted to see Nigel join the team and I look forward to seeing him further strengthen our land process and approach whilst supporting the growth of our area and team.
