Kennedy Wilson has completed five leasing deals totaling 37,000 sq ft at Towers Business Park in Didsbury, south Manchester.
The deals, which have an average term of eight years, were struck with Essity, NCC Education, I Love Cosmetics, Sitel Group and a national housebuilder, bringing the park to 95% occupied.
Kennedy Wilson said the deals represented an increase in rental values of more than 30% over previous headline rents, to £29/sq ft.

Towers Business Park ticks all the boxes in terms of quality, sustainability, and wellness.”
