Kennedy Wilson seals 49,500 sq ft deal at Dublin office campus

Kennedy Wilson has let 49,500 sq ft of office space to MetroLink in Building Two of the office campus at Coopers Cross in Dublin’s North Docklands.

Building One and Two at Coopers Cross provide 381,000 sq ft of Grade A offer office space and feature large, efficient floorplates, natural light and a high quality internal specification.

The buildings are supported by an intelligent building system to optimise energy use, comfort and operational efficiency.

Stefan Foster, Kennedy Wilson’s head of acquisitions and commercial for Ireland, said: “We are delighted to welcome MetroLink to Cooper Cross. MetroLink’s decision is a strong endorsement of the quality of the office specifications, sustainability credentials and amenity offering at the campus, which align with the scale and ambition of Ireland’s largest public transport infrastructure project.”
