The Kings Arms Hotel in Christchurch has been put up for sale by its owner the Harbour Hotel Group at a guide price of £4m.
The newly refurbished boutique hotel comprises 20 luxury en-suite bedrooms and the King’s Restaurant, in addition to wedding venue and events facilities.
