King’s Cross has completed two office lettings totalling 26,800 sq ft at 2 Pancras Square.
Scale AI, a global leader in providing AI data, evaluations and outcomes, has taken 11,000 sq ft for its international HQ, and Fanatics Collectibles, part of the Fanatics global business, has signed for 15,800 sq ft on a 10-year lease for its new EMEA HQ.
Following completion of the lettings, only 8,000 sq ft is available to let in the building, which is currently under offer.
Trevor Thompson, global managing director at Scale AI, said: “As we increase our presence in London, we’re excited to make King’s Cross our new international headquarters. It’s at the center of London’s tech community, bringing us closer to many of our customers and giving us an ideal space to grow our incredible team.”
Henry Shearer, head of office and investment at The King’s Cross Group, added: “For Scale AI and Fanatics Collectibles to choose King’s Cross for their respective headquarters is testament to the continued strength and diversity of demand here. These are two very different but innovative organisations – one at the forefront of global AI, the other a world-recognised sports consumer brand – yet both see King’s Cross as the right place to invest, hire and grow.
“Their arrival strengthens our position as a leading innovation ecosystem and AI cluster in London and highlights the international appeal of King’s Cross. Together, these commitments reflect the momentum we’re seeing across the estate as we continue to reinvest in our offices, enhance our value proposition and support the next generation of organisations choosing to grow here.”
