Kirkby Diamond appoints new head of strategic land.

Kirkby Diamond has appointed Henry Pauncefort-Duncombe as partner and head of strategic land.

Pauncefort-Duncombe joins the company from a specialist land promoter and has extensive experience in planning and development.

In his new role, he will be based in Kirkby Diamond’s Milton Keynes office and will lead the delivery of large-scale strategic development sites and drive new opportunities in mixed-use and commercial schemes across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and beyond.
