Nuveen has completed more than 35,000 sq ft of office lettings at the Devonshire Square (DSQ) scheme in the City of London.
Onfido has signed for 15,078 sq ft at the recently developed Building 9, IPC Systems is relocating its London office from Canary Wharf to 10,071 sq ft at the recently redeveloped Building 7 and an unnamed international investment management firm has signed for 10,018 sq ft also at Building 7.
London-based coffee brand Story Coffee has also chosen DSQ’s Building 7 for its first site outside of South West London.

The leasing agents for the deals were CBRE and Newmark BH2.
