Knight Frank has appointed Gavin Walker as a senior surveyor in the firm’s building consultancy services team in Newcastle.
Walker has 10 years of industry experience and previously worked for Silverstone Building Consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton and Hollis.
In his new role at Knight Frank, Walker will manage construction projects as well as carry out building and dilapidation surveys.
Walker said: “I was attracted to the role because Knight Frank has an excellent reputation, a great team, and it was an opportunity to do the work I enjoy the most – rooted in the commercial sector.”
