Knight Frank has bolstered its UK occupier advisory offer through a series of senior promotions and new appointments within the integrated UK occupier strategy and solutions team.
Knight Frank partner Richard Proctor has been appointed head of UK occupier strategy and solutions. Proctor remains head of London tenant representation and his expanded role will see him focus on the team’s growth across the UK. He will be supported in his role by Julian Woolgar, who has 28 years of tenant representation and office agency experience.
Amanda Lim, partner and UK head of flexible offices, will be responsible for rolling out Knight Frank’s flexible office solutions London business across the UK. Lim will continue to work alongside James Nicholson, partner, who has been promoted to head of operations for UK occupier strategy and solutions.
In the London tenant representation team, Sean Fraser, previously an associate director at CBRE, has been made partner and Inesha Holt, who joined Knight Frank late last year, has also been made partner.
Proctor said: “We are bringing together our experienced occupier advisory teams from across the UK to offer our clients truly integrated solutions, from forward-looking strategic and workplace consultancy, in what is an ever changing occupier world, to business critical energy and sustainability consultancy for all our clients, whether they be automotive, data centre, office, industrial, life sciences, leisure or retail occupiers.
“In addition, Dr Lee Elliott and his occupier research team will continue to deliver (Y)OUR SPACE – our flagship report, delivering data-led insights on the future direction of travel for our occupier clients. Our UK team, coupled with this market leading research, will enable our clients to better understand and manage the growing complexity of work, workplace, real estate portfolios and underlying business strategy.
“I am extremely proud of the expert team and capability we have built across multiple industries and specialist disciplines, supporting and advising not only UK and international businesses, but also some of the UK’s most exciting start-up and scale-up businesses. I look forward to further strengthening our capabilities and growing our occupier business yet further in response to our clients’ needs at this exciting but challenging point in time for UK occupiers.”
