Knight Frank has appointed Josephine Jones, formerly of HSBC, as head of strategic capital, a newly created team which will sit within Knight Frank Capital Advisory (KFCA).
Jones, who will join the FCA-regulated KFCA business as a partner in September this year, has more than 15 years of transactional experience in the financial sector.
At HSBC, she held several roles between 2007 and 2022, including head of credit and lending and managing director for the real estate finance team within Asia Pacific.
At Knight Frank, she will work alongside the established debt advisory team, headed by Lisa Attenborough, and the equity advisory team, led by Emma Winning, and will focus on providing strategic advice to institutional clients on large or complex transactions.
