Knight Frank has signed for a new circa 2,800 sq ft office in Edinburgh.
The company has taken ground floor space at 30 Semple Street and is relocating from 2 Castle Terrace, which has been its home for a decade.
The building was the first in Scotland to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, Nabers 5* accreditation and a Platinum Airscore. The building, which was designed to function within the UK Green Building Council’s net zero carbon buildings framework, also has an EPC A rating.
