Landsec has received planning permission to deliver a £140m (GDV) 263,000 sq ft office building in the heart of MediaCity in Manchester.
The developer hopes that the Sheppard Robson designed 11-storey building, which sits opposite ITV and The University of Salford Media Campus, will achieve net zero carbon, WELL Gold and BREEAM Outstanding.

The building is the first Landsec will deliver on the site following its acquisition of 75% of MediaCity from Peel in November 2021. It is anticipated the earliest potential start date for the development will be summer next year, with the project taking around two years to complete.
