Landsec has reached practical completion of the 165,000 sq ft n2 building at its Nova development in Victoria.
According to Landsec, the building is now 86% let or under offer, with only 25,000 sq ft across two floors available.
In addition to 16 floors of offices, n2 has a communal terrace and clubroom for all occupiers on level 15 and has been designed with “employee wellbeing, productivity, and collaborative working at its core”.

Landsec is advised by Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield at n2, which was designed by Lynch Architects, with construction led by Mace.
