Intellectual property law firm Withers & Rogers has signed for new office space in Birmingham and Sheffield.
The firm is relocating from its current home in Warwick to 2,715 sq ft of Grade A space at 103 Colmore Row (pictured), the 26-storey office building in Birmingham city centre. Withers & Rogers is also relocating within Sheffield to 4,127 sq ft of Grade A office space on the second floor of 1 St Paul’s Place.
Vail Williams advised the firm on the lettings and provided strategic property advice to Withers & Rogers ahead of a rent review and lease break clause at its offices at 2 London Bridge in Central London, enabling lease terms to be regeared beneficially.
