J Pullan & Sons (Pullans) has completed two lettings totalling just under 25,000 sq ft at Apsley House on Wellington Street in Leeds, bringing the office building to full occupancy.
Lantern Group is expanding and relocating its head office to occupy the entire third floor (10,360 sq ft) of the Grade II listed building and adult education and training provider Aim2Learn has taken the whole of the 14,340 sq ft first floor.
Bruce Strachan, property director at Pullans, said: “We are delighted to welcome Lantern Group and Aim2Learn to Apsley House and to see the building fully let. These lettings highlight the continued appeal of distinctive, well-positioned buildings in Leeds city centre and the important role they play in supporting ambitious businesses as they grow. Apsley House has a strong occupier community, and we are pleased to add two more dynamic organisations to that mix.”
Paul Mason, CEO of Lantern Group, added: “Our new head office is a powerful statement about who we are and where we’re heading. As demand for our services grows, this flagship office gives us the platform to support more clients and continue building a business with a clear purpose and a bright future. Leeds has been central to our success, and we’re excited to deepen our presence in the city as we enter this next chapter.”
Stuart Littlewood, managing director of Aim2Learn, said: “These are exciting times to expand our footprint in Leeds city centre. Apsley House offers a well-connected base in a thriving part of the city, and its accessibility by public transport is important for both our team and the people we support. It’s been good working with Pullans to secure a space that supports our team and future ambitions in the heart of the expanding Wellington Street corridor.”
Knight Frank, Carter Towler and WSB Property are joint letting agents for Apsley House.
