Opus North and Fiera Real Estate have completed two lettings at the 54,000 sq ft King Street office scheme in Leeds taking the building to full occupancy.
PKF Littlejohn has signed for 6,536 sq ft and Childerstone Project Management has taken 1,506 sq ft.
The building, which was acquired through Fiera’s value-add series and developed by operating partner Opus North, has undergone a radical transformation.
In addition to a striking new façade, the fifth and sixth floors have been completely replaced and a new 600 sq ft sky lounge and a 4,000 sq ft roof garden have been added to the building.
