Lenrose Ventures has submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of the CIS Tower in the heart of the NOMA neighbourhood in Manchester.
Formerly the home of The Co-Operative Insurance Society, the 34,953 sq m (circa 376,000 sq ft), 25-storey Grade 2 listed building is located on Miller Street.
Designed by Simpson Haugh Architects, the redevelopment will provide new office, retail and leisure space.

CBRE and Colliers have been appointed as the leasing agents for the scheme.
