L&G Affordable Homes has agreed a deal with Telford Wrekin Council to deliver 72 affordable homes at Station Quarter in Telford town centre.
The homes are being delivered by Lovells alongside 33 dwellings for the council’s wholly-owned housing company, Nuplace. Bowmer & Kirkland is also on site delivering a further 84 apartments for Nuplace, bringing the total number of new homes to be delivered by spring 2027 to 189.
Delivery has been supported by funding from Homes England and the West Midlands Combined Authority.

Our mission is to make high-quality, affordable housing accessible to all – so we’re excited to be building 72 new, energy-efficient homes for rent and shared ownership at the heart of Telford’s ambitious regeneration project.
