A 15-acre caravan park business in Skegness has been put up for sale with a guide price of £4.5m.

The East View Caravan Park freehold investment opportunity is located on the outskirts of Chapel Street, off Trunch Lane, near the seaside town of Skegness on the Lincolnshire coast.

The park comprises 200 touring spots, split between seasonal and touring, with 56 static plots currently occupied.

The site offers added value opportunities for the right purchaser including 20 unoccupied development plots and 21 undeveloped plots with planning permission.

Shaun Skidmore, senior director in CBRE’s operational real estate team, which has been instructed to market the opportunity, said: “This is a value add freehold investment opportunity for the right purchaser to acquire a popular and well established caravan park in the UK’s fourth most popular holiday resort which attracts four million visitors annually.

“It benefits from its close proximity to Skegness’ many local attractions, alongside the natural beauty of the Lincolnshire coastline which stretches some 50 miles. With planning permission in place it offers clear development opportunities for potential buyers.”
