Living Space has secured planning consent for a new residential development in Evesham.

The approved scheme will deliver 62 new residential dwellings, including eight bungalows, with all of the homes provided as mixed-tenure affordable housing.

More than half of the site will be dedicated to public open space with existing hedgerows and green infrastructure retained and enhanced around the site boundary and, where possible, throughout the development.

Luke Webb, planning director at Living Space, said: “Securing planning permission for this scheme is a significant milestone and reflects our commitment to delivering high quality, affordable homes that respond positively to local needs. The Evesham development has been carefully designed to provide well-spaced homes, generous public open space and strong environmental credentials, including low carbon heating and sustainable drainage. We are proud to be bringing forward a scheme that will create a lasting, sustainable community for residents both now and in the future.”
