Lloyds Living has agreed a new deal with Keepmoat to deliver 182 new private rental homes across three developments in Gedling, Nottinghamshire, Frog Island, Leicester, and Warren Wood, Gainsborough, for an undisclosed price.
Keepmoat will deliver 69 homes in Gedling, 53 homes at Frog Island and 60 homes at Warren Wood. The portfolio of energy efficient homes will include 11 one-bedroom apartments, 42 two-bedroom apartments, 30 two-bedroom houses, 77 three-bedroom houses and 22 four-bedroom houses. The deal also includes follow-on tranches at Gedling and Frog Island.
