King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership (KCCLP) is deploying Locale’s occupier experience technology at three of its residential developments.

The technology, which is being rolled out to 368 homes across the Cadence, Capella and Gasholders developments, will enable resident communications, amenity bookings and social and community engagement to be carried out on one platform.

Emily Swainsbury, head of residential asset management at Argent, the asset and development manager for King’s Cross, said: “We are pleased to have appointed Locale to provide our digital resident communications portal on three residential buildings at King’s Cross. Our focus is to provide high quality homes with great facilities and amenities for our residents.

“Locale is enabling us to enhance the customer experience further through its smart platform and app features. It is already working well in Gasholders and will be ready for residents when they move into the Cadence and Capella buildings in the future.”

Rob Maxwell, director at Locale, added: “Having mapped out the vision for success and previous pain points, we worked closely with the team at Argent and FirstPort to rollout the Locale platform across the three developments, ensuring the resident experience at King’s Cross is unrivalled. Once again, our platform is proving its efficacy across prime UK residential real estate.”
