Cyril Leonard has appointed Matt Fairleigh from The Crown Estate as the firm’s new director of property and asset management.
At The Crown Estate Fairleigh was responsible for the landlord’s Regent Street portfolio covering all aspects of property management. Prior to that he held roles at JLL, CBRE and Farebrother.
Oliver Spero, director at Cyril Leonard, said: “As the real estate asset class is going through a universal period of adjustment, clients are increasingly turning to us for a more creative and proactive approach. Matt’s experience in managing complex assets will be a significant boost to our capabilities as we seek to deliver excellent customer service to both tenants and landlords alongside best-in-class ESG-compliant real estate.
“Matt’s arrival is the first of a number of senior-level appointments we are hoping to execute during the course of this year and we are always on the lookout for talented individuals or teams who can add value to our growing business.”
