Logicor has let a 264,688 sq ft warehouse in Snodland, Kent, to Morrisons.
Strategically located closely to the M20 and M2 motorways, the facility was previously occupied by Tesco. Following Tesco’s decision to vacate the premises, Logicor negotiated with both retailers to deliver a back-to-back transition of occupation.

The team worked hard to coordinate Tesco’s end of lease to coincide with Morrison’s start, ensuring the cold store equipment was maintained without needing to decommission the facility, maintaining the efficiency of the site.”

The building’s existing cold-storage configuration means we can quickly be fully operational, which is essential for our UK network.
