London Square has agreed a deal with housing provider Clarion Housing Group to deliver 261 affordable homes in Lee Green, Lewisham.
The homes are part of the mixed-use redevelopment of the former Leegate Shopping Centre site in South East London.
The agreement will see Clarion take on 261 affordable homes, comprising 149 homes for social rent and 112 for shared ownership.
The development will deliver 620 new homes in total alongside a new medical centre, community facilities, supermarket, restaurants, cafés and extensive public realm improvements.
