Avant Homes has submitted plans to deliver a £11.6m, 51-home development in Nafferton, near Driffield.
The Wolds Edge development, which is located off Markham Lane, will comprise a mix of one-, two, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.
The development, which will be build on a 4.6-acre site, will feature 11 of Avant Homes’ practically designed house types.
