London Square has purchased a former Greggs bakery site in Twickenham, South West London, for an undisclosed price with a view to developing a new residential scheme on the site.
London Square Twickenham Green will feature a collection of mews houses and apartments next to the River Crane.
The company intends to deliver 58 homes for private sale and 58 affordable homes, 47 of which will be London affordable rent.
