Colliers has appointed Tim Williams from BNP Paribas Real Estate as a director in its London offices team.

Williams, who has more than 30 years of experience in the London office market, has worked at Strutt & Parker/BNP Paribas Real Estate since 2005, and prior to that he held positions at Nelson Bakewell and Knight Frank.

Tom Wildash, co-head of London leasing at Colliers, said: “It’s a pleasure to be welcoming Tim to the team and we’re all looking forward to working with him. Tim brings with him unrivalled expertise across the City office market and will be instrumental in strengthening the offering of our leasing team across London.”

Tony Horrell, Colliers CEO, UK and Ireland, added: “Tim’s significant experience and client relationships will help fuel the growth of our London offices team, providing further support to our clients. We’re incredibly proud of our breadth of expertise across all areas of the London office market and this latest appointment demonstrates our commitment to providing the best service in this sector.”

Williams said: “The City office market has faced its fair share of disruption in recent years, but the latest figures show a marked rise in take up, particularly for top specification space, demonstrating a positive shift in confidence from occupiers. I’m really looking forward to joining Colliers at this pivotal time, and am excited to work within such a highly respected team.”
