Low cost gym operator The Gym Group has appointed Savills to advise on site selection, as it targets 50 new openings across the UK over the next three years.
The company is looking for units of between 10,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft, over a maximum of two floors, in highly visible locations with easy access to parking or close proximity to transport links.
