Lambert Smith Hampton has hired two CBRE employees to spearhead a dedicated fund valuation team.
John Barham (pictured), formerly a director at CBRE, has joined the company as head of fund valuation, and he is joined by former CBRE colleague and data analyst, Ann Mitchell.
Barham said: “Our goal is to provide institutional clients with insightful valuation advice, leveraging the expertise and local knowledge of LSH’s extensive UK platform. There’s an exciting opportunity to capitalise on the new fund valuation rotation requirements.”
