M Core has acquired the mixed-use Westhill District Centre near Aberdeen for an undisclosed price.
The centre comprises 28 retail units and six office suites spanning 61,332 sq ft. Retail tenants include Home Bargains and M&S Simply Food.
James Buchanan, managing director of LCP, which is part of M Core, said Westhill’s proximity to Aberdeen – Scotland’s third-largest city – was one of the factors that attracted the company to the site.
The acquisition of Westhill district centre was made by Sheet Anchor, which is part of M Core. MacRoberts LLP and Lewis Ellis represented M Core on the deal. Savills and DLA advised the unnamed vendor.
