Global marine consultancy Brookes Bell has signed for a new 5,500 sq ft office at Princes Dock, within Peel Waters’ Liverpool Waters regeneration scheme.
The company will occupy the top floor of No.10 Princes Dock, which has recently undergone a full refurbishment by Peel Waters.
